03/16/2020 - Like many of her classmates, Ashley Blaakman ’19 (Pharm.D.) chose a career in health care because of her passion for service. So it’s no surprise that a team of students and faculty from Fisher spent their spring break serving those in need at the border of El Paso, Texas, and Juarez, Mexico, volunteering with local human services organizations.
03/13/2020 - Wake County, North Carolina, is the second-fastest growing county in the nation. So when Lindsay Hegyi Mahaffey ’04 and her family moved there in 2015, she knew fellow Fisher alumni who lived in the area. And that network has continued to grow.
03/12/2020 - The Class of 2023 entered Fisher this past fall more than 600 students strong. Among those students were seven sets of twins. Yes, we said seven.
03/11/2020 - Dr. Tim Franz is certainly busy in his role as professor of psychology at Fisher. Franz is sought out as an expert in social behavior, work motivation, applied research methods, and group/team psychology, and has been quoted in several newspapers and magazines, including USA Today. In addition, he has authored a book on team development and articles for two dozen peer-reviewed publications.

09/20/2019 - Home to more than 150 students, the Upper Quad Residence Hall is the newest addition to St. John Fisher College’s Residential Life program. On Friday, Sept. 20, members of the Fisher community gathered to celebrate the opening of the residence hall and its impact on the campus footprint.
