06/16/2019 - Ben Hockenberry is a man of many interests. Currently a systems librarian, Hockenberry spends his work days performing many duties in Lavery Library. Outside of those duties, he is the advisor of both the Irish Dance Club and Fisher Dance.

06/16/2019 - It’s 6:30 p.m. The account manager and creative director are finalizing a creative brief for a client presentation in the morning. The social media manager is creating content for next week’s client event, while the managing partner is tweaking an analytics report to round out a client project as the semester comes to an end. By 7 p.m., they will all be in the dining hall, back into college student mode before they head to the library for a late night of studying.

06/12/2019 - Jamie Canfield joined Fisher in 2018 as the employer relations and internship coordinator in the Center for Career and Academic Planning (CCAP). She has quickly become part of the landscape at Fisher, working to create those relationships. Here’s a bit of what Canfield has learned in her time on campus:

06/07/2019 - On Thursday, June 6, St. John Fisher College community members gathered to celebrate the newly established Presidents Society, which recognizes philanthropists who have given gifts of $1 million or more to the College.

05/29/2019 - Jonathan Schott ’02, assistant director of campus ministry, was ordained a permanent deacon by Bishop Salvatore R. Matano during a ceremony held at Sacred Heart Cathedral on Saturday, May 25. The following day, at the Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great, the Fisher alumnus served and preached during his first Mass as deacon.
