Leah Richards currently serves as the senior director of advancement services at St. John Fisher University. In this role, Leah oversees the operations and infrastructure that support advancement initiatives. Hailing from Ithaca, NY, Leah joined the St. John Fisher University community in January 2021. Her areas of focus include processing charitable gifts to the University, data management, advancement technology, reporting and analysis, and process improvement. She also manages the alumni and donor CRM database, optimizing it for efficient tracking of stakeholder engagement. Her expertise in software solutions helps the University adopt and implement the latest technology to support advancement goals. When she's not at work, Leah loves spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful parks and trails around the Finger Lakes.
