First-Year Program
The First-Year Program is designed to assist you in the transition to college by giving you the tools to navigate between your increased personal freedom and your new responsibilities. The program orients you to the history and values of the Fisher community and the characteristics of a successful Fisher student.
The First-Year Program does more than help you adjust to your new surroundings and acquire the skills necessary to address the challenges of college life. The overarching goal of the program is to help you become a responsible world citizen, develop critical learning skills, and explore educational and career aspirations.
