Bio
A Certified Public Accountant, Dr. Lambert is a valuation expert who has experience giving expert testimony in the New York Court system and to arbitration panels. He has also served as an expert for privately-held/family-owned businesses in matters of succession planning, estate planning and taxes and valuation of privately-held equity investments. He is well-versed in the accounting information used by businesses, investors, and lenders.
His research interests include complex accounting estimates such as goodwill, auditor mindsets, estate and gift taxation, as well as succession and continuity planning for family business entities.
