Bio
An industrial and organizational psychologist, Franz has written a book on team development and 24 peer-reviewed publications as well as delivered numerous presentations about improving teamwork. His topical areas of expertise include individual and small team decision making, improving team performance, and using teams to drive organizational change.
He has been quoted in the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, and USA Today, among other publications.
In addition to his academic work, Franz also works as an organizational consultant through his independent organization, Franz Consulting.
