Fisher’s MBA Among Best Programs in New York
The College Consensus recently recognized St. John Fisher College’s School of Business as having one of the best MBA programs in New York.
The publication used an aggregated ranking system to allow potential business school students the chance to view the nation’s top-rated on-campus MBA programs in one convenient place. Fisher ranked No. 18.
The MBA program, Fisher’s first graduate program, focuses on developing leadership skills in addition to imparting current business practice knowledge. Fisher students develop close relationships with faculty and peers, enjoy coursework that uses case study examples, and leverage learning to make an immediate contribution in their work. The program concludes with a capstone consulting project where student teams help solve a business issue for a local company or non-profit organization.
“The rankings are a testament to the prestige of a program that is led by faculty who bring real-world learning experiences, includes business partners who enhance the student experience, and produce alumni who have a profound impact in the businesses and organizations where they work and the communities in which they live,” said Lori Hollenbeck, assistant dean of the School.
Undergraduate business students can take advantage of the School’s 4+1 program, and upon earning their bachelor’s degree, can satisfy all requirements for their MBA in just one year. The program can be completed in as few as 30 credit hours and offers a flexible schedule for working students.
