Faculty, staff, and students at St. John Fisher College continue to make headlines. Here’s a round-up of their recent accomplishments.

Kate Jarvis, BS, RN and current student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program, presented her integrated review findings at the 10th Annual Johns Hopkins Critical Care Rehabilitation Conference.

Julia Overton-Healy, director of career services, contributed a blog for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Center for Career Development and Talent Acquisition.

St. John Fisher College faculty members Dr. Isar Kiani, assistant professor of marketing in the School of Business; Kyle Stich, an adjunct faculty member in the Sport Management Department in the School of Arts and Sciences; and Dr. Yi Liu, assistant professor of finance in the School of Business, have been featured as subject matter experts for WalletHub

Fisher student Spencer Bonawitz ’23 added his voice to a series of blog posts on I’m First! about the first-generation college student experience. I’m First! was created by the Center for Student Opportunity to provide students with information and support as they navigate college. In his blog, Bonawitz offers advice for creating the perfect study environment, as well as how to balance academics, social life, and personal time.
