Lead with Confidence: Enroll Now in Fisher’s Nonprofit Management Certificate Program
St. John Fisher College’s Center for Community Engagement is now enrolling for its Nonprofit Management Certificate program. Designed for those working in the non-profit sector, the five-course program helps professionals sharpen their skills and organizational effectiveness.
The program includes two paths: one for those who want a deep dive into a specific area of focus or a comprehensive look at management across several content areas. The curriculum explores how non-profits function, philanthropy and fundraising practices, human resource management, building communication skills, and budgeting and finances, among other topics.
Participants can enroll in one class or all five to become fully certified. Classes are held in-person (following the College’s COVID-19 safety policies) throughout the academic year. Students take two courses in the fall, two courses in the spring, and a final course in May. The cost for each course is $300, or $1,200 for all five courses.
The program is currently accepting registrations for the spring 2022 semester. For more information, contact Melanie Phillips, director of operations, at mphillips@sjfc.edu or (585) 899-3769, or visit cce-rochester.org.
