Overton-Healy Pens Think Piece for Association Blog

Dr. Julia Overton-Healy, director of career services, contributed a blog for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Center for Career Development and Talent Acquisition.

Her piece, “If We Kill Career Fairs, Then What?,” discusses alternatives to traditional career fairs. Overton-Healy has also been leading a national conversation about creating resources for career services professionals to teach the career-readiness competencies.
