11/10/2022 - This year, Dr. Martha Poe joined St. John Fisher University as the 2022-2024 Public Health Pharmacy Fellow a program sponsored and directed by both the Wegmans School of Pharmacy and the Monroe County Department of Public Health (MCDPH).
11/09/2022 - Study abroad at Fisher is back! After the COVID-19 pandemic stalled participation in study abroad education and domestic travel, Fisher is starting to see an increasing number of students interested in international opportunities.
11/08/2022 - St. John Fisher University will celebrate Philosophy Day with the theme, “Marshall McLuhan’s Spiritual Vision for a Virtual Age,” to be held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the Golisano Gateway Midlevel.
11/07/2022 - On Monday, Nov. 7, St. John Fisher University will celebrate all first-generation college students and alumni. Students will have a chance to hear from members of the campus community including faculty and staff, students, and alumni who will share what their first-generation journey has meant to them. The day is being hosted by the SJF First-Gen Day Committee.
11/07/2022 - The 41st Teddi Dance for Love will take place on Friday, Feb. 17 through Saturday, Feb. 18 at St. John Fisher University. This week, the more than 200-member committee will decorate campus and hold special events to mark the 100-day countdown to the longest running student-led tradition at Fisher.
11/04/2022 - Commencement is (already) just around the corner, and St. John Fisher University is seeking nominations for the 2023 Countdown to Commencement video series that features members of the graduating class who have made an impact during their time on campus.

11/03/2022 - Elaine Houston, an Ed.D. candidate at the Onondaga Community College extension site and investigative reporter at WNYT-TV in Albany, recently received a New York Emmy for her work.
11/02/2022 - This year, the Fannie and Sam Constantino First Generation Scholarship Program at St. John Fisher University welcomed its 24th cohort to campus.
11/01/2022 - In collaboration with Rochester Ecology Partners (REP), students in the Sport & Recreation Management community-engaged learning (CEL) course have spent the semester developing brochures for future park events and event programs to increase community engagement with the natural environment.
