See You at Family Weekend
Experience St. John Fisher University through your student’s eyes during the upcoming Family Weekend. Taking place Friday, Oct. 7 through Sunday, Oct. 9, the weekend features a variety of family-friendly activities, offering something for everyone.
Check-in for the Family Weekend festivities is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dennis ’72 and Denise Tepas Commons Desk.
Stock up on University swag at the Cardinal Shop Bookstore, which will also be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday (you can also enjoy discounts on vintage College swag!). Dine at the No. 1 campus food provider in New York State at the Ward-Haffey Dining Hall, open for dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or enjoy a delicious brunch on Saturday or Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Events and activities throughout the weekend are sponsored in part by the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership, Student Activities Board, Office of Campus Ministry, Teddi Dance for Love Committee, Fisher Athletics, the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education, Wegmans School of Nursing, and Wegmans School of Pharmacy.

Explore Rochester

Peruse a curated list of Rochester restaurants and dine out in the city! (Restaurant list and information will be provided at check-in.)
ROC Game Night: Twisted Trivia
8 to 9 p.m. in Cleary Family Auditorium
Return to campus to test your knowledge of all things during Twisted Trivia!
Saturday, Oct. 8
Teddi Trot 5K and Fun Run
7:30 a.m. Registration; 8 to 10 a.m. Race Time at the Welcome Center
Lace up your sneakers and join the Teddi Dance for Love Committee for their annual Teddi Trot 5K and Fun Run to benefit Camp Good Days and Special Times (register online to participate).
Family Portrait Sessions
9 to 11 a.m. at the Terrace at Tepas Commons

Campus Art Walking Tour
10 to 11 a.m. at the Patricia O'Keefe Ross Gallery, located in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center

Athletics in Action
Grab your favorite Fisher hoodie and catch the Cardinal student-athletes as they take the field and the court throughout the weekend!
Women’s volleyball has a series of matches over the weekend. They take on Houghton College at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 7; Medaille College at noon on Saturday; and Elizabethtown at 4 p.m. on Sunday, all in the Manning and Napier Varsity Gym.
Women’s tennis has a match against Houghton College at 1 p.m. on Saturday, at the Mendon Racquet and Pool Club. Also happening at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Fisher football takes on Morrisville State College in Growney Stadium.
