You’ll get information about a system called FisherLink this summer, but we wanted to share details about Handshake, which is focused on careers, now. Your first year is exactly the right time to start building skills and experiences employers want—don’t wait until senior year!

03/19/2020 - Fisher’s Center for Career and Academic Planning (CCAP) serves as a one-stop shop for students seeking advice and counseling as they map their academic journey. Located on the first floor of Lavery Library, the Center is staffed by professional advisors available for walk-in meetings or one-on-one appointments. Advisors help students to excel academically, explore careers and industries, develop professional skills and experiences, and finish their degree on time.
03/04/2020 - A trio of sport management majors will volunteer with the Jamaican Advantage thru Sports for Youth (JASY) camp in late May.
03/03/2020 - This spring, Jamie Hammond and Jeff Nutting joined the department as new adjunct faculty members.
02/28/2020 - During the academic year, sport management students at Fisher spend hours staffing athletic events, executing marketing plans, and managing client expectations. That’s all in addition to taking classes and engaging in co-curricular activities on campus.
