Three Alumnae among RBJ’s Women of Excellence
Three Fisher alumnae-LaShunda Leslie-Smith ’02, Jill Knittel ’94, ’03 (MBA); and Lesli Myers-Small ’01 (Ed.D.) were honored during the Rochester Business Journal’s Women of Excellence awards program.
Dr. Mona Chitre, chief pharmacy officer and vice president for workplace wellness at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, who serves as a preceptor for the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, also was honored.
The awards recognize high-achieving women for their tremendous career accomplishments, and are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, leadership, and sustained commitment to mentoring.
Chitre, Leslie-Smith, Myers-Small, and Knittel, who also serves on the College’s Board of Trustees, were formally honored during a ceremony held on Thursday, May 9.
