U.S. News: Fisher’s MBA Program among Top 100
St. John Fisher College’s School of Business ranks among the Top 100 Best Business Schools according to a new list released by U.S. News and World Report.
The list specifically praises business schools with MBA programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate School so Business International. Methodology for the list included peer and recruiter assessments, employment placement success, mean starting salary and bonus, standardized test scores, and acceptance rates, among other factors. Fisher ranked No. 99 among 475 accredited programs included in the publication’s assessment.
In 1983, the MBA became the College’s first graduate degree, and in 2002, the School of Business became Fisher’s first professional school. Over the course of a decade, the School created additional programs expanding its list of majors, including human resource management and marketing. In 2011, the College received its largest gift ever from an alumnus when Victor E. Salerno ’66 gave $2 million to build the Victor E. Salerno Center for American Enterprise.
Alumni of Fisher’s business programs go on to work for Fortune 500 companies, start their own ventures, or find success in the local, national, and international business landscape.
