02/08/2021 - Three members of the St. John Fisher College community are serving on the Finger Lakes COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force. Dr. Yvette Conyers, assistant professor in the Wegmans School of Nursing and president of the Rochester Black Nurses Association; Dr. Christine Birnie, dean of the Wegmans School of Pharmacy; and Dr. Alex DeLucenay, associate professor in the Wegmans School of Pharmacy and president of the Pharmacy Society of Rochester, joined the task force this January.

02/05/2021 - Rev. Myra Brown, a pastor at Spiritus Christi, an independent Catholic Church based in downtown Rochester, will deliver the keynote address for St. John Fisher College’s Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration.
02/04/2021 - Advertising guru and expert Dr. Rama Yelkur has spent over 20 years analyzing the success behind Super Bowl ads. She predicts humor, happiness, and unity will win out in 2021 ads.
02/03/2021 - Dr. Arlette Miller Smith, a longtime professor in the School of Arts and Science and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education, was recently appointed to the Fairport Central School District’s Board of Education.
02/02/2021 - Alyssa Gara, a finance and accounting junior at the School of Business, recently completed the Ethical Leadership Certification Program offered to Beta Gamma Sigma society members.
02/01/2021 - Even before the spring semester started, accounting students in the School of Business have embraced internships, whether remote or in person. Regardless of modality, students are gaining critical work experience, networking, and assessing potential career paths.
