04/08/2021 - A hallmark of the Pharm.D. program, the annual Wegmans School of Pharmacy Service Day brings students, faculty, and staff together to volunteer in the community. This year, the event saw two big changes: a new two-day format to accommodate a wide range of projects planned and a virtual component.
04/07/2021 - Rochester Business Journal has selected Dr. Dianne Cooney Miner, executive director of the Golisano Institute for Developmental Disability Nursing at St. John Fisher College, as a Circle of Excellence recipient in the 2021 Women of Excellence awards. Cooney Miner previously served as founding dean of the College’s Wegmans School of Nursing.
04/06/2021 - Dr. Edward Freeman, associate professor of biology at St. John Fisher College, received a $10,000 grant from the Wyman-Potter Foundation to support his research on the impact of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC) on obesity.
