School of Business Hosts C-Suite Speaker Series
The St. John Fisher College School of Business will host a series of talks about current business topics featuring leaders from across different industries.
The St. John Fisher College School of Business will host a series of talks about current business topics featuring leaders from across different industries.
During the webinars, speakers will discuss the changing landscape of business due to the pandemic, data driven strategies, and keeping people at the center of business.
The series will be emceed by senior accounting major LucyMarie Gaulin, who will be joined by undergraduate and graduate students who will serve as moderators.
David Blask ’90, vice president and general manager at Constellation Brands/Crown Imports, LLC, will deliver the first lecture, “Analytics and Alcohol” at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, via Zoom.
Blask, a 1990 graduate of the College, has had a long career in the alcohol distribution industry working for companies such as Genesee Brewing Company, Diageo-Guinness USA, and Mike's Hard Lemonade.
Patrick Leahy, human resource management and marketing double major, and Anthony Brophy, MBA Accounting student, will moderate the talk.

The second talk, “The Art and Science of Real Estate Development,” will feature Lauren Gallina, marketing director at the family-owned and operated Gallina Development Corporation. Her talk is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, via Zoom.
Benjamin Bedosky, MBA student, will moderate the talk.
Michael Wittmeyer, CEO of JM Bullion, will deliver the third talk, “Building a Bullion Business” at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, via Zoom. Wittmeyer will speak on his entrepreneurial adventure building a business, the height of Bullion as an investment during the pandemic, and selling the business.
Fisher’s Investment Club, American Marketing Association chapter, and the Entrepreneurship Association will host this talk.
