Fisher Dining Dishes Up New Initiatives

The No. 1 campus dining service in New York State keeps getting better.

This month, Fisher Dining Services will rollout mobile ordering, allowing the campus community to place food and drink orders via their mobile devices through the GET app.

Sono Fishbowl and Murphy Sensational Subs mobile ordering will begin on Monday, March 8 for those with board plans.

On Monday, March 15, Cyber Café mobile ordering is available for cardinal cash or credit card, a handy option for faculty, staff, commuters, and residential students making a non-board plan purchase.

At every location, a mobile order is available 15 minutes after opening until 15 minutes before closing.  The GET Mobile App can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play.

On Wednesday, March 10, Ward-Haffey Dining location will host “Root for You,” offering plant-based fare throughout the facility in honor of Nutrition Month.

“A plant-based lifestyle supports health and is appropriate throughout all life stages, and for athletes. We are taking a bold move but an exciting venture to showcase the culinary talent of our chefs with a dinner takeover,” said Andrea Maccarone, director of dining services.
