03/24/2022 - The newly established Bill ’76 and Ivette Shaheen Endowed Family Scholarship will ensure access for the next generation of students pursuing an education at St. John Fisher College.
03/23/2022 - Thirty-one student scholars in Fisher’s TRIO program recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to visit graduate and medical schools, meet with Fisher alumni, and take in all that the nation’s capital has to offer.
03/23/2022 - The St. John Fisher College Mock Trial Team recently attended its annual Regional Tournament – an opportunity for the team to display their skills and showcase their hard work from over this past year.
03/22/2022 - The St. John Fisher College Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) traveled to Chicago, Illinois, the week of March 14 for the annual international conference. While there, they participated in competitions, networked, and received recognition in four areas for their work throughout the last year. Fisher AMA is led by Dr. Monica Hodis and co-presidents Sal Saunders and Sarah Storsberg.

03/21/2022 - Inclusive adolescence education major Kaylee Greene is the next member of the Class of 2022 to be featured in the “Countdown to Commencement” series. Greene was nominated by Dr. Katrina Arndt, a professor in the program.
03/20/2022 - St. John Fisher College’s Cardinal Company will present their production of Chicago at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 25, Saturday, March 26, and Sunday, March 27, in Cleary Family Auditorium. Tickets are free for Fisher students and $5 at the door for the general public.
03/18/2022 - St. John Fisher College faculty and students have been integrating iPads into their work thanks to the iFisher: Next Generation Learning Initiative. Over the next few weeks, College News Highlights will focus on professors, coaches, and staff going above and beyond to bring this technology into their teaching or learning environment.
03/18/2022 - On Monday, Feb 28, the Wegmans School of Pharmacy hosted a six-person medical team from Haiti, who was in Rochester to work with the Vineyard Farm to learn more about setting up pharmacist-run vaccine clinics in other parts of the world. The Haitian team spent 10 days meeting with different groups around the city. The team is partnering with the Vineyard Farm, a non-profit organization which serves some of the poorest and most vulnerable populations in the Rochester region.
03/18/2022 - Did you know? A study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) showed that students who attend a career fair are 30 percent more likely to get an interview; and of those, half will get a job offer. Students can take advantage of these statistics this month at St. John Fisher College’s annual Spring Career Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, in Cleary Family Auditorium.
