03/30/2023 - Members of the St. John Fisher University Investment Club and Cardinal Courier had the chance to travel to New York City over the recent spring break. Students, faculty, and staff from both organizations attended professional development events and conferences and were able to network with industry peers and long-time professionals.
03/29/2023 - St. John Fisher University will celebrate the achievements of alumni and students during the 34th Annual Accounting Awards Celebration on Wednesday, April 26, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. A networking reception will begin at 5 p.m. with the dinner and program beginning at 6 p.m.
03/29/2023 - Fisher students, faculty, staff, and teams from Nazareth College and Roberts Wesleyan University will join the effort to raise awareness about suicide prevention during the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk at St. John Fisher University. The event begins at 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 16, in Cleary Family Auditorium in Kearney Hall.
03/28/2023 - Students and faculty from the Sport Management course International Cultures and Sport recently had the opportunity to broaden their horizons by embarking on a trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland. The group visited several professional sports facilities located in Ireland, Scotland, and England, gaining valuable insights into the operations of some of the world’s most famous and successful sports clubs.

03/27/2023 - Inclusive adolescence education and English double major Kurt Schultz is the next member of the Class of 2023 to be featured in the “Countdown to Commencement” series. Schultz was nominated by Molly Place, admissions counselor.
03/24/2023 - On Thursday, March 23, a record-setting 1,072 donors showed their support and pride in St. John Fisher University, giving more than $285,000 on the fourth annual I Heart Fisher Day of Giving. The funds raised will support students, academic programs, athletics, and other important initiatives.
03/24/2023 - This May, St. John Fisher University, along with the Monroe County Sports Commission, will host the 2023 Division III Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championship. The event will be held at the Polisseni Track and Field Complex on the University’s campus from Thursday, May 25 through Saturday, May 27.
03/22/2023 - St. John Fisher University’s club hockey team made the journey to suburban Philadelphia to compete in the first AAU College Hockey national tournament, with Fisher’s team winning the American Division Championship. Transitioning from the Collegiate Hockey Federation (CHF) over the past year, the tournament showcases teams from across the country, competing in various divisions. Several teams from the Upstate New York Collegiate Hockey League (UNYCHL) took part in the tournament.
03/20/2023 - To advance its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, St. John Fisher University has joined Belong, an inclusive learning consortium through the national Council of Independent Colleges (CIC).
