Adam Bello Named 2024 Teddi Dance for Love Honorary Chair
Monroe County Executive Adam Bello will cheer on St. John Fisher University students as they dance for 24 hours during the 2024 Teddi Dance for Love.
Bello will serve as honorary chair of the annual dance-a-thon to benefit Camp Good Days and Special Times. The dance will be held from 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 through 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10.
“I'm honored to serve as the honorary chair for the Teddi Dance,” said County Executive Bello. “For more than 40 years, St. John Fisher students, staff and alumni have raised money to help make wishes come true for thousands of children and support the work of Camp Good Days and Special Times. I’m always proud to see so many people in our community working together to support this amazing cause.”
The committee and Camp Good Days selected Bello in recognition of his ongoing support of Camp Good Days and the students of St. John Fisher University. As honorary chair, Bello will help the Teddi Committee celebrate the week leading up to the dance, serving as a co-host of the Very Beary Brunch taking place on the Fisher campus on Friday, Feb. 2. He will also help kick-off the main event on Friday, Feb. 9 and encourage students as they dance for love.
“We are honored to have County Executive Bello as our honorary chair and excited for him to bring his energy and enthusiasm to campus for the dance,” said Emily Sullivan ’24, chair of the Teddi Committee.
