Fisher Football Players Give Back during Cardinal Community Blitz
August 25, 2022
For the fourth year in a row, members of the St. John Fisher University football team spent a day volunteering at nine organizations and agencies in Rochester during the Cardinal Community Blitz.
The student-athletes put down mulch around a playground at Seton Catholic School; painted furniture and moved pews at St. Ambrose Academy; painted doorways and moved desks at Nativity Preparatory Academy; sorted and handed out food at Trillium Health's food pantry; and painted garden fencing and washed windows at Bethany House, among other projects.
