Dr. Hurley currently is serving as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Nursing. She has served in many roles throughout her 30 years of experience. Providing direct patient care, she has worked in orthopedics and surgical intensive care. She has served in various leadership roles including assistant nurse manager, nurse manager, Clinical Nurse Leader for Critical Care, Nurse representative for EMR, and assistant director of American Heart Association programs at URMC. She continues to work at URMC per diem supporting teams in PeriOperative as an RN in the Surgical Center and Learning and Development as both ACLS Faculty and Emergenetics facilitator.
