06/03/2019 - For the fall 2019 semester, and for the third year in a row, over 600 first-year students have committed to St. John Fisher College making the Class of 2023 the third largest incoming class in the College’s history.

05/23/2019 - In Navajo culture, it is disrespectful to point at people and looking elders directly in the eye is considered rude. That’s information Melissa Kenney ’19, a recent graduate of the Wegmans School of Nursing, learned through her senior preceptorship at the Kayenta Health Center, located on the Navajo Reservation.

05/03/2019 - On Thursday, May 2, Honors in Nursing distinctions were conferred on four students in the Wegmans School of Nursing—Zachary Duris, Gabriella Loren, Victoria Merrick, and Hannah Norberg—following presentations of their projects.
05/01/2019 - With the creation of the new Golisano Institute for Developmental Disability Nursing, the Wegmans School of Nursing will transform the way nurses treat the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities (DD). Made possible through a $5.8 million gift from Tom Golisano, founder and chairman of Paychex, and the Golisano Foundation, the Institute is the first of its kind in the United States.
