Frequently Used Forms

Frequently used forms are readily available on both the student and employee landing pages of my.sjf.edu. At the top of these lists, you will find the five most commonly used forms per respective group. All other forms are sorted by category, such as Academic Forms, Accounts Payable, Events and Marketing, etc.

If you feel that there are forms that are missing or outdated, please submit a help request at the bottom of the page. 

Filtering Resources

At the bottom of both the employee and student landing pages are resource accordions, several boxes with offices, departments, and resources that can help you find what you need. The resource accordions are listed in alphabetical order, but they can be filtered based on what you’re looking for.

For example, if you're looking for resources specific to faculty, click “Faculty” and the list will filter the resources available. Students can also find a variety of campus life, job and internship, and academic resources.

Each resource accordion box includes a description of the service or office, contact information, and a list of useful links related to that resource.
