Using the Launchpad

The Launchpad now features new, easy-to-find icons so you can quickly get what you need.

Launchpad Functionality

All Fisher apps can be found under the “St. John Fisher University” tab. Toggle back and forth between list view and grid view based on your preferences. Manage the order in which the app collections are listed by selecting the hamburger icon, then “Manage Collections.” You can also create your own collection of apps from here (or by selecting the plus sign). From there, name your app collection and add the platforms you’d like to include.

Customizing the Launchpad

A major improvement to the Launchpad is the ability to customize your app list to organize the tools you use most often. To add a customized list, begin by clicking the plus sign at the top of the Launchpad. You’ll then be prompted to name your new list and add your preferred apps. Once you save your list, you can click and drag your new list to the left-most position in the top navigation so that it becomes your default display.
