Check Replacement
Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Check
If a paycheck has been lost or stolen, please notify the Payroll Department immediately. The Payroll Department will arrange a stop payment on the original check. A replacement, by check or direct deposit, will be issued as soon as verification has been received from the bank that the original check has not been cashed.
If a paycheck has been destroyed or is void due to the issue date, please return the check to the Payroll Department. A replacement, by check or direct deposit, will be issued within four business days.
