Parking Permits and Vehicle Registration

Parking and operating a motor vehicle on the St. John Fisher University campus is a privilege. All vehicles on the Fisher campus must be registered with the Office of Safety and Security and display a valid parking permit or pass on the vehicle.

Fisher will not be responsible for the loss of, damage to, or theft of any vehicle on SJF property.

Parking permit registration is open below for all continuing, first-year commuter, and new transfer students for Fall 2024/Spring 2025.

Fees for residential and commuter student permits include New York state sales tax.

  • Residential Student Permits - $150/year
  • Commuter Student Permits - $100/year

Parking will be available on a limited basis for first-year residential students entering in the fall; apply online for administrative approval.

Resident students may only register one vehicle.

Vehicle Registration

By registering a vehicle at Fisher, the owner/operator consents to a search of the vehicle if there is reason to believe that contraband or evidence of activity that may violate our policy or local, state, or federal law is inside the vehicle.

You will need your credit card or checking account information and vehicle registration information before starting this process.

If you have any questions about parking, please email: parking@sjf.edu

I understand that fines will be imposed, my vehicle may have a wheel lock placed on and/or be towed, and my parking privileges may be revoked if I violate Fisher traffic regulations. I understand that Fisher is not responsible for the loss of or damage to my vehicle while parked on Fisher property.

I agree to these terms by clicking the registration and payment link below. I further agree that incurring fines may result in revocation of my parking permit and/or my vehicle being towed.
