09/25/2023 - During Alumni Weekend at a special luncheon, St. John Fisher University honored 15 graduates who have been influential in serving communities. The celebration recognized Dean’s Medal recipients from each of the five Schools and graduates of the last decade with the Ten Under 10 Awards.

09/13/2023 - Born and raised in East Syracuse, New York, Jennah Ferrari ’23 found her calling at St. John Fisher University. Prior to attending Fisher, Ferrari knew her interests including education, psychology, and financial planning. At Fisher, she was able to explore career paths outside of classroom teaching, something that opened her eyes to the options available to her.

06/28/2023 - Dr. Joellen Maples, dean of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher University, was recently named an Impact Academy fellow through national non-profit organization Deans for Impact (DFI). Maples joins a cohort of leaders chosen for their commitment to improving educator preparation.
