09/17/2022 - St. John Fisher University will honor 15 graduates at a special luncheon and ceremony during Alumni Weekend. The celebration will recognize Dean’s Medal recipients from each of Fisher's five Schools and recent graduates with the Ten Under 10 awards.
09/12/2022 - For 12 consecutive years, St. John Fisher University has earned multiple spots on the U.S. News & World Report’s annual “2022-2023 Best Colleges” feature.
09/08/2022 - St. John Fisher University alumnus Dr. Chantz B. Miles ’22 (Ed.D.) will return to campus as the inaugural Rebecca Pelino ’86 Entrepreneur-in-Residence, a new position within the School of Business. He will serve as visiting assistant professor.
07/12/2022 - St. John Fisher University recently announced the Dean’s List honorees for the Spring 2022 semester, which includes more than 1,200 undergraduate students.
06/20/2022 - On the cusp of its 75th anniversary, St. John Fisher College will become in name what it has been in practice for more than a decade, and transition to become St. John Fisher University (SJF). The new name will be effective July 1.
06/10/2022 - St. John Fisher College’s undergraduate and graduate programs were selected as the top “reader favorites” in the Rochester Business Journal’s 2022 Reader Rankings Awards.
06/07/2022 - St. John Fisher College has been recognized for its honorable commitment to engaged, hands-on education by Colleges of Distinction, a guide for college-bound students.
05/12/2022 - On Saturday, March 19 and Saturday, April 2, the St. John Fisher College Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education held hooding and awards ceremonies for graduates of the Ed.D. in Executive Leadership program at the extension sites at Iona College and Onondaga Community College (OCC). Dr. Shannon Cleverley-Thompson, program department chair, addressed the graduates present at both ceremonies.
05/09/2022 - Each year, St. John Fisher College honors members of its graduating class who have achieved excellence in their academic studies and co-curricular pursuits.
05/08/2022 - During a Commencement ceremony held on Saturday, May 7, the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education bestowed baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees on more than 120 graduates.
