01/26/2022 - The Advanced Placement (AP) Summer Institute will return to St. John Fisher College this July, giving area teachers the opportunity to learn best practices in teaching AP-level courses in their respective districts.
01/24/2022 - This May, the College will celebrate members of the Class of 2022 during the 68th Commencement on campus.
01/10/2022 - On Friday, Jan. 7, St. John Fisher College faculty and staff celebrated their achievements in successfully submitting grant proposals, receiving grant awards, and implementing grant projects over the last year.
12/01/2021 - Two new faculty members have joined the Ed.D. in Executive Leadership program in the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher College. Dr. Daniele Lyman-Torres will serve as the director of the program’s Syracuse site at Onondaga Community College and Dr. Stephen Draper will teach in the School’s Westchester location at Iona College.
10/28/2021 - Fisher undergraduate students who conducted academic research are invited to submit their abstracts to Posters on the Hill 2020, sponsored by the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR).
10/06/2021 - The Rochester Business Journal has selected Melissa Greco Lopes, assistant director of marketing and communications at Fisher, and Chad DiBiase ’11, ’12 (MBA), as 2021 Forty Under 40 honorees.
09/15/2021 - This summer, juniors Lindsey DeBonis, Ashley Lippa, and Sam Acosta—all mathematics and inclusive adolescence education majors—were selected as recipients of the Noyce INSPIRE Scholarship.
09/13/2021 - For 11 consecutive years, St. John Fisher College has earned a place on the U.S. News & World Report’s annual “America’s Best Colleges” feature.
08/04/2021 - St. John Fisher College’s undergraduate and graduate programs were selected as the top “reader favorites” in the Rochester Business Journal’s 2021 Reader Rankings Awards.
07/02/2021 - St. John Fisher College has been recognized for its honorable commitment to engaged, hands-on education by Colleges of Distinction.
