03/25/2024 - The next student to be featured in our “Countdown to Commencement” series is Sophia Trozzi, an interdisciplinary studies student. Trozzi was nominated by Lauren Scorza, head field hockey coach.
03/18/2024 - U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Gillibrand announced that St. John Fisher University will receive $1.8 million in federal funding through the just-passed Fiscal Year 2024 appropriations bill. The bill included $6.9 million for Rochester and the Finger Lakes in support of the region’s educational institutions, arts sector, and health care and workforce training.
03/13/2024 - Learn about physics and music through the study of acoustics and vibration during the 2024 Robert and Janice Loss Science Lecture Series, featuring Dr. Daniel A. Russell, professor at The Pennsylvania State University. The lecture will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, in Cleary Family Auditorium in Kearney Hall.
03/13/2024 - The submission period for students, faculty, and staff to share research or creative work at the 2024 Fisher Showcase is open. Now in its second year, the Fisher Showcase combines the former Student Research and Creative Work Symposium with the Fisher Scholarship Celebration to highlight the academic pursuits of the entire campus community.

That's of course all in addition to taking classes and engaging in co-curricular activities on campus.
